Because we work remotely in our own space and time, we can afford to offer quality work at very competitive rates.
Fee Policy For new and prospective clients there is no charge for the first hour of consultation or project review. Typically, based on an estimate of minimum hours, the total project fee is set and paid in advance. Total fee may vary with factors such as a surcharge for priority rush, or discount for extended and ongoing assignments.
Hourly rates for open-ended projects: US$75 per hour or A$85, paid in advance. If the project is on-going, paid weekly. The minimum one-time project fee is US$250, payable in advance.
Pay as you go: We can also bill weekly for open-ended projects, and prefer to use credit card billing directly or PayPal for convenience and clarity. Work done is forwarded on a weekly basis if appropriate and if required.
Sliding Scale On occasion fees may be adjusted downward based on a client's ability to pay, or non-profit status.
